Product Information and Descriptions of Goods

All products are sold in multiples of one unless otherwise stated. The single item is shown under the product description.

While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

Payment Methods

All prices shown on this Website are inclusive of VAT

The Sophia Ella Collection accepts online payment with most Mastercard Debit/Credit Cards, Electron and Maestro through Stripe Payment. payments in Pounds Sterling. We process your Credit Card information online. We do not accept payment by cheque.

We do not charge for any items unless it is ready to despatch. All goods remain the property of The Sophia Ella Collection until paid for in full.

Orders will be dispatched on receipt of payment and an invoice will be emailed. When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.

Please never email us your Card Details. Once the purchase process is complete we do not hold your card details anywhere in our records.

Payments to The Sophia Ella Collection will appear under The Sophia Ella Collection on your Statement.
