These terms and conditions apply to the use of the The Sophia Ella Collection website. The use of The Sophia Ella Collection website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Product Information and Descriptions of Goods

All products are sold in multiples of one unless otherwise stated. The single item is shown under the product

description.

While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

UK Postal and Packaging

Generally orders are processed within 2-3 working days and delivered by First Class Royal mail or alternatively by Courier DHL. Please allow longer for bank holidays. Dates are given in good faith but are not the subject of any warranty or condition. No liability will attach to us if delivery periods or dates are not met. Only Monday to Friday are classed as working days.

Postage and Packaging is £2.99 – £5.99 – the amount will be calculated at Checkout depending on size and weight on all orders for delivery in the UK.

We can only send your order out to the address provided, before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is correct including the postcode. 

– Once an order has been despatched, we cannot cancel it, stop it or delay the delivery, nor change the delivery address.

 It is your responsibility to collect any orders from your local Post Office within 18 Days of receiving the delivery card through your door. If you do not collect your delivery item within 18 days, we will not offer a refund on the goods or resend goods until they are returned to us from the Post Office or courier in perfect condition in its original box and packaging. Once we have received the items back from the Post Office or Courier we will refund the cost of the items if they are in perfect condition however we will not refund the postage and packaging costs. We will resend the item and we will have to charge you again for the Postage and Packaging.

Please note that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:

– If the product you ordered is out of stock.

– We are unable to authorise your payment.
– If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error.
– If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
– If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents.

Non-Delivery of goods: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 8 days from the expected delivery date.

We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

Returns

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 Hours of receiving the parcel. We will then find a solution or replacement.

Payment Methods

All prices shown on this Website are inclusive of VAT

The Sophia Ella Collection accepts online payment with most Mastercard Debit/Credit Cards, Electron and Maestro through Stripe Payment. payments in Pounds Sterling. We process your Credit Card information online. We do not accept payment by cheque.

We do not charge for any items unless it is ready to despatch. All goods remain the property of The Sophia Ella Collection until paid for in full.

Orders will be dispatched on receipt of payment and an invoice will be emailed. When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.

Please never email us your Card Details. Once the purchase process is complete we do not hold your card details anywhere in our records.

Payments to The Sophia Ella Collection will appear under The Sophia Ella Collection on your Statement.
